Does the banana boat spray tanning oil with spf 15 still keep you from burning/protect you from sun? Or no?

I always use it on my legs and arms..but after a while..you will burn on your chest and shoulders..I wouldnt use it unless you have a base tan already too. And def. not on the face..but it really gets the tan goin' on the legs, im telling ya :)
